Chase Atlantic

The bass is so loud it’s vibrating the floor beneath your feet and throughout your entire body. Your heart feels like it’s beating along with the bass drum and could explode out of your chest. You are mesmerized by the visuals appearing on the screens and how perfectly the lights are in sync with the beats of the music. The crowd’s energy level is electrifying and everyone is jumping all together. The lead singer screams into the microphone, “Put your hands in the fucking air!” and starts to jump along with the crowd. Attending Chase Atlantic’s concert was an out-of-body experience and one that we wish we could relive again and again.

Mitchell’s and Christian’s crisp flawless vocals and harmonies accompanied by the chill-worthy instrumentals exceeded our expectations. Clinton effortlessly delivered guitar and saxophone solos that blew our minds and made the crowd go wild. The trio’s stage presence and interactions with the crowd were one of a kind. During ‘Slow Down’, Mitchell opened a full bottle of water and waited a few seconds before throwing it all over the crowd. At one point, Mitchell came down to the floor and stood on the steps of the barricade to interact with the front row. Clinton showed off his guitar playing skills to a few fans on the barricade. He stood so close that we thought he wanted the fans to shred the solo instead. Afterwards, Clinton lightly shook a girl’s hand and then kissed it before heading back on stage.

Chase Atlantic treasured every moment with their fans as well as each other. They were not afraid to show affection and would randomly give one another a hug or a kiss on the cheek. One of the most heartwarming parts of the show was during ‘I Think I’m Lost Again’. Phone lights illuminated the entire room and the crowd was singing, “I’m so sick and tired” in unison. Christian and Mitchell became emotional and put their arms around each other while swaying back and forth. The band did not hesitate to let the crowd know how thankful they were and how incredible the crowd was that night. Mitchell smiled and stated, “This might be the best show of the whole tour.” The crowd made it very evident that Cincinnati showed up to party, especially during the last song, ‘Okay’. Chase Atlantic’s shows are a whole vibe, and we highly recommend taking note of the next time they come to a city near you on tour.
